Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Harrah's multi-casino Bad Beat system. Represents company and its property to ensure all Casino regulations are adhered to at all times. Performs all security/safety related duties for Casino Hotel. Guards transfer of money and chips from Change Booth to Main Cage. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.Įnforces company security/safety regulations. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
